Announcements : Force Ouvriere (FO) : IBM Eurocoordination Human Resources Director announced that starting April 2005 : Force Ouvriere union will have a representative for the IBM EMEA Head Quarter ' IBM EMEA and Eurocoordination ' in Paris at the entity level (companies) and for the Work Council (Comite d'Entreprise). This employee nominated by FO is Jean-Francois Guillardeau.

A copy of the book IV, book which provided all economic informations which support the PSE, was provided to each participant. Mr. Nolf confirmed Mr. Maerki statements presented during the work council dated April 7, 2005 " There is no financial justification which can support the new EHQ reorganisation "
